Downloads

We currently offer two download options.

1. The easy option: requires less than 10 minutes to set up
   You can download the newest command-line version of Fly Enhancer, Worm Enhancer, and Plant Enhancer to run on your own computer. This updated program uses Genome Enhancer 2.0 Beta to scan genomes at a rate that is about 50x faster than the web version.
   
   Genome Enhancer is in beta, with periodic new releases. The most recent version is beta 2. See change log for details.
